Sifu Suzanne Chen is a Certified Tai Chi & QiGong Instructor & has been teaching both arts for 20+years. Sifu Chen has been classically trained by masters in the Yang-style discipline, the most popular style of practiced Tai Chi in the world. She is a graduate of University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida, with a degree in Psychology & specialized training from USF Byrd Institute of Neurological Disorders. Instructor Chen combines her knowledge of the entire human form to provide physical & mental well-being. Students of her classes enjoy improved balance & body control, increased mental focus, soft internal martial arts skills & greater overall health.
In addition to her classes (20+yrs in Tai Chi & QiGong, 40+yrs in Fitness), Coach Suzanne Chen offers private instruction in several areas of fitness, per hourly rate.

-Screening / Trial Class for New Students to Tai Chi (Qigong, Balance, Tai Chi moves & mini-sequences)
-Req. Strong Balance, Stability, Coordination (Left/ Right Orientation, Proprioception)
* Students' balance & stability are evaluated by Instructor to determine suitability for our Tai Chi classes, or to suggest alternative options.

Yang Tai Chi form, Parts I & II - Details & Practice
- Req. Strong Balance & proficiency in Yang Tai Chi, Part I (solo), (Instructor Approval)
Adults. Required: Strong Balance & Stability for 1- hour of unassisted (No Chairs) standing traditional Tai Chi exercises across a large tiled room. Flat-soled sneakers. Classes are $10 each.
