
Sifu Suzanne Chen has been teaching Tai Chi & QiGong for 20+years & is a certified Tai Chi & QiGong Instructor, classically trained by masters in the Yang-style discipline, the most popular style of practiced Tai Chi in the world. She's a graduate of University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida, with a degree in Psychology & specialized training in Parkinson's from USF Byrd Institute of Neurological Disorders. Instructor Chen combines her knowledge of the entire human form to provide physical & mental well-being. Students of her classes enjoy improved balance & body control, increased mental focus, martial arts skills & greater overall health.
In addition to her classes (20+yrs in Tai Chi & QiGong, 40+yrs in Fitness), Coach Suzanne offers private instruction in several areas of fitness, per hourly rate.
